Potted products are delivered as pictured and only need minimal arranging to look their best.
Please check the description for the pot material. If not indicated otherwise they are made from papier-mache which would not last in wet weather and as such is suitable for indoor use only.
However as a result they are more difficult to break than clay pots or vases, and as such are well suited for use in hospitals and care homes.

Delivery

All products are delivered boxed to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

UK Delivery is calculated by weight and starts at £2.99 with a standard 1-2 working day delivery (non-guaranteed). Special Delivery is available as an option for urgent orders. All UK deliveries are sent with standard Royal Mail or Parcelforce services (depending on order size) and if available a tracking number will be emailed to you together with dispatch confirmation.
