Delivery Information

All our products are delivered boxed to reduce the risk of damage in transit. When ordering from this site, a single delivery fee will be added to your order, depending on both your location, the selected service, and of course your order contents.

To obtain an accurate quote of the delivery charges applicable to your particular selection of products, please simply add all required items to your cart, change the quantities as necessary, select the destination, and the available options and corresponding prices will be shown directly on the cart page.
You do not need to create an account and sign in, or hop around the table backwards (as on some other websites) just to be able to see delivery rates.

For your convenience, UK deliveries are normally made using standard Royal Mail and Parcelforce services, allowing you to receive your order with your regular post. Overseas deliveries will ultimately be passed on to your country's national postal service, but in cases of larger orders we may use a private courier firm such as DHL.

In all cases we will email you once your order has been dispatched. Where applicable the dispatch confirmation email will include tracking details so that you can check delivery status periodically and contact the respective carrier directly in case of any issues.

Delivery to different regions require different services (such as Airmail for international orders). We may also restrict certain services depending on order value for insurance reasons, or to comply with maximum weight and size restrictions.

On the cart page please select the region where you require your order to be delivered to. This will allow us to apply the correct taxes and make sure that you are presented with the correct options to chose from.

Delivery Cost Calculation

Delivery costs on this website are based on the total physical size and weight of your order. (They are not calculated as a fixed percentage or on a 'per-item' basis).

If delivery is to be made within the European Union, delivery costs are subject to standard VAT (presently 17.5%), so this will be included in the quoted amount.

For international delivery, please be aware that delivery and all other prices are quoted in British Pound Sterling (GBP). You can try an online search for relevant exchange rates, otherwise your bank will be able to help confirm the total you will be charged in your own currency.

For deliveries outside the European Union, delivery charges do not include customs fees or import duties. The levy of such fees is outside of our control and you should speak to your customs/border agency for information about what fees may possibly apply for certain order value thresholds.
