How do I place an order?
The steps are easy as follows:
  1. Add items to your cart making sure you select the correct colours and specify the right quantities.
  2. Select the delivery destination and delivery method in your cart.
  3. Use the checkout button, make sure that everything is in order and continue to secure PayPal pages to make payment.
  4. Sign in using your account or, if you do not have one, use a debit/credit card to pay, GT Decorations never see any of your card details.
  5. Receive a payment receipt from PayPal by email.
  6. Receive an order acknowledgement email from us.
  7. Receive a dispatch confirmation email from us.
  8. Receive your items in the post.
How do I add products to my cart?
When browsing our categories or viewing product detail pages you will notice a button next to each product saying 'Add to Cart'.
Sometimes it is accompanied by a drop-down menu with colour choices, depending on whether the item in question is available in different colours.
You can choose a colour if applicable, and once you click 'Add to Cart', the product will be added to your cart in the chosen colour.
You will also automatically be taken to the cart page.
A brief summary of what is in your cart is permanently displayed in a field in the top right hand corner of every page.
The 'Flower Cart' link, which you can click at any point, will take you to the cart page where you can view its full contents.
What are the different colours for?
Many flowers come in various different colours, and so do our products. A particular bunch may be available with red, yellow or pink flowers, so we allow you to choose which one you prefer. Pictures of all colours are available on the product description page.
The choice is made by clicking on the drop-down menu next to the 'Add to Cart' button and then clicking again to select a colour. Afterwards, click 'Add to Cart' to add the product in this colour. You can repeat the above for adding an item in more than one colour.
Different colours of a particular item are shown separately on the cart page so you can order a different quantity of each.
Which colour is perfect for ...?
To make the decision of which colour to get easier for you, we try putting as many pictures as possible onto each product page so that you can get an idea of what they look like. The pictures may not always be perfect, but they will help you in deciding whether they are suitable for what you have in mind.
Please remember that it is not always possible to provide pictures with an accurate colour representation, so if the colour tone is absolutely crucial for your purposes, then please make sure you contact us or order a single item as a sample before committing to a larger amount.
How do I add more than one colour of the same product?
Choose the first colour to add by clicking on the drop-down menu next to the 'Add to Cart' button and then clicking again to select the colour. Afterwards, click 'Add to Cart' to add the product in this colour. Use your browser's back button to return to the previous page and then repeat the above to add the same item in any other required colour.
Different colours of a particular item are shown separately on the cart page so you can order a different quantity of each.
What happens if I add the same colour of the same item twice?
If an item is already in your cart and you add it again (with the same colour) using the 'Add to Cart' button, then its quantity in the cart will simply be increased by one (1).
The description says that colour XYZ is available, why can't I choose it?
If the listed quantity of a particular colour reaches 0 (zero), it is automatically removed from the choice of colours. Except for 'clearance' stock, please contact us to check whether it is really out of stock as we do not always list the full available quantity to avoid potential oversale and disappointment.
How to change the quantity of an item that I want to buy?
  1. On the cart page, there is one row for each product and each colour.
  2. Find the entry that you would like to change.
  3. Change the number in the quantity column to your desired value.
  4. Click the 'Update Cart' button at the bottom to register the change
  5. You can change as many quantities as you like at the same time and click 'Update Cart' once at the end for all changes to take effect.
How do I remove an item from my cart?
Follow the steps above, changing the quantity to zero (0). When you click 'Update Cart', entries with a quantity of zero (0) will be removed.
I have a voucher code, how do I use it?
A voucher code can be added during checkout (click 'Checkout' from the cart page).
To add your voucher, enter its code into the corresponding box and click the 'add' button next to it. The entry is not case sensitive, so you can enter the code in UPPER, lower, or mIXeD case.
If the voucher is valid it will be applied automatically according to the terms it was issued with.
If your voucher is not valid a message will be shown on the page accordingly.
Only one voucher code can be used at a time. If you want to use a different voucher code than the one added, you can click the 'remove' button and then enter a different code.
I saw a box with 'delivery method', what is that for?
To suit your budget and speed requirements we allow you to choose a delivery method. You can do this by clicking on the delivery method drop-down menu and selecting a suitable method. If the page does not refresh automatically, please click 'Update Cart' to submit the change. The postage and packaging cost will be recalculated automatically.
How long will delivery take?
This depends on our ability to dispatch, as well as which delivery method is being used.
