What kind of products do you sell?

The current focus of our product range is artificial silk flowers, in particular
including silk flower bunches, wedding bouquets, silk greenery and foliage
like ivy and grapevine, artificial flower garlands,
candle rings and gift bow stickers. In addition we offer a range of
potted floral displays and flower arrangements (some are potted).
Our range also includes a large number of items particularly suited for wedding decoration,
such as bouquets, table centrepieces, chair backs, flower pomanders and various types of hanging decorations.

What materials are used in your artificial flowers?

The important thing to note is that whenever you see a sign saying 'silk flowers',
you are more likely to be dealing with 'artificial silk flowers'. We use the
term 'artificial silk' to describe the polyester-type fabric that is
most commonly used to produce the silky looking petals and leaves on artificial flower products.
Other materials often used to make artificial flowers include velvet,
paper, plastics, metal, wood, and probably many others.
Artificial silk can give (depending on manufacture) a very nice balance between quality and price
which is exactly what we are trying to achieve: giving you high quality artificial flowers at reasonable cost.

How can I know whether a particular item you sell is made of a particular material?

Most items are 'artificial silk' products with plastic stems. If
the item is made of something else then you will find the information in
the product description. However if the material is crucial for your requirements or
you need other information on any particular item,
please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Will you be able to customise my wedding flowers for me?
-
Since almost all of our products are ready-made, unfortunately we have very few materials for
offering you customisation.
Sometimes it is possible to make the necessary changes yourself,
such as ordering an item in two available colours and mixing them to have a combination of colours.
In other cases, we will nevertheless be happy to hear about your requirements and possibly offer
alternatives for your consideration.

Why don't you offer customisation?

We are not florists, so as mentioned above,
we do not carry the necessary materials to be able to offer this service effectively.
Furthermore, any customisation would void your unconditional right to return goods
under the Distance Selling Regulation,
and we would prefer keeping all products covered by our
100% Satisfaction Returns Policy
for your benefit.
Nevertheless it is sometimes possible to make necessary changes yourself,
such as ordering an item in two available colours and mixing them to have a combination of colours.
In other cases, we will also be happy to hear about your requirements and possibly offer
alternatives for your consideration.

Can I call you to discuss my requirements in more detail?

Due to our nature as an online business, we normally perform correspondence by email.
You may also find that it is in both our interest to receive and give accurate written
information that can be referred to in future communication, whereas verbal exchanges
can sometimes be vague.
So if you write down your enquiry it will help us respond effectively, and you can
probably use quite a lot of it to contact other suppliers as well.
You may even attach some pictures to the email (which as they say could be worth 1000 words).

Why have I not had a response to my recent email?

We always try our best to respond to all questions promptly and accurately.
Sometimes it is possible that we cannot reply immediately, which could be for a number of reasons.
It could be that your question relates to multiple different items, postage
to another country, problems with delivery or unexpected questions that we
have never been asked before. If you have no reply at all within 2 or 3 working days,
then it may be the case that your message got lost and we would kindly ask that you do not
hesitate to contact us again if you think this is the case.
In some rare cases there may be a keen spam filter blocking our reply.
Please include an alternative email address we can use to respond wherever possible as a backup.
