What kind of products do you sell?
We sell artificial silk flowers and artificial silk plants/foliage. In particular this includes silk flower bunches or single stems (great for florists), wedding bouquets, artificial greenery and foliage like ivy and grapevine, artificial flower garlands, candle rings and various trailing plants (for example for hanging baskets). In addition we offer a range of potted floral displays and flower arrangements (some are potted).
Who can buy from you? Is there a minimum order?
There are no restrictions for buying. Whether you are an individual, florist, event organiser, a school or a shop, anybody is able to order and there is no minimum spend. Larger orders are rewarded with certain volume discounts, however.

What are your flowers made of, are they real silk?
Almost all of our flowers and plants have leaves and petals made of synthetic fabrics, and stems or branches made from plastics (often with wiring inside).
The term 'silk flowers' in our industry actually refers to artificial flowers made from a silk-like material, most of which will be synthetic.
There are several advantages to using synthetics instead of real silk:
- Your flowers become washable (rinse, gently shake and let dry)
- Wrinkled leaves can be ironed (use low setting and a cloth inbetween)
- Better resistance to fading and other environmental 'hazards'
- They are cheaper to produce, without losing out in terms of quality
Do you offer customised products such as bespoke wedding bouquets?
Almost all of our products are ready-made and as such we do unfortunately not offer customisation. We are however open to new ideas and if possible will try to offer advice on how your requirements can be achieved by other means, such as the combination of items or the exchange of material from one product to the other. To achieve a colour mix for example it is usually sufficient (and extremely cost-effective) to order two items of the correct colours and swap out the flowers as required without needing expert help.
Can I call you to discuss my requirements in more detail?
Unfortunately not, since we do not normally offer telephone support. We feel that you are better served by a quick email exchange that allows you to obtain all information in writing, together with relevant numbers or amounts that you can rely on, links and even additional pictures as attachments depending on your query.
This helps you by not having to note things down while talking, and it allows us to give you the very best of information straight away rather than 'err, would you mind holding', as many situations do require us to get back to you later, for example checking product availability with suppliers or obtaining a custom shipping quote from different carriers.
We pride ourselves in our ability to provide accurate replies within a few minutes or hours, frequently even outside 'business' hours, as opposed to days (as is the case with many other suppliers).
Do I need to arrange the flowers myself?
Most items are delivered as shown on the pictures, i.e. complete and ready-arranged for the most part. While some arranging will be necessary to compensate for small deformations that inevitably occur during transport, you will certainly not be required to assemble the floral arrangements or garlands yourselves.
Are your photos colour-accurate?
No, you should not rely on the photos alone to decide on the colour if an exact colour shade is essential to your requirements. At the same time you should also not rely on the naming of colours, but use both descriptions and pictures together, and ask us to take more pictures for you if necessary. Since not all screens display colours in the same way, please contact us if you need to compare the colour shades of different products or find a discrepancy between the colour naming and the pictures.
Why can't I choose a particular colour to add to cart?
Our flowers are in high demand and as such it is possible that the particular item and colour you selected is not currently available, in which case it will not be available for choice. It is however possible that this item is in fact available or can be obtained on short notice, so please contact us with the item code, colour and quantity you require and we will check availability for you.
How do I remove an item from my cart?
On the cart page, change the quantity of the item you wish to remove to zero (0) and click 'update cart'. If you need to remove all items, use the 'empty cart' link provided.
I have a voucher code, how do I use it?
Voucher codes can be entered on the checkout page. Once you are ready to order use the 'checkout' button on the cart page. The voucher box is located on the left hand side underneath the order summary.
To add your voucher, enter its code into the corresponding box and click the 'add' button next to it. The entry is not case sensitive, so you can enter the code in UPPER, lower, or mIXeD case.
If the voucher is valid it will be applied automatically according to the terms it was issued with.
If your voucher is not valid a message will be shown on the page accordingly.
Note: Only one voucher code can be used at a time. If you want to use a different voucher code than the one added, you can click the 'remove' button and then enter a different code.
Note: Voucher codes can only be added on the checkout page as detailed above. You may find additional voucher code boxes during payment, but these are used by the respective payment processor and will not accept our voucher codes.
How long will delivery take?
We are normally able to dispatch within a single working day, so this primarily depends on the delivery option you choose on the cart page.
We offer a number of different options to suit your budget and speed requirements, please take a look at our list of delivery options for details.
We recommend choosing the delivery method according to how reliable you find the postal service in your area. Please also remember that some services require a signature and as such cannot be left unattended.
Please also remember that the estimated delivery times start from when your parcel is dispatched rather than when you place your order. In any case we will inform you once your order has been sent including carrier information and reference/tracking numbers where available. This will allow you to easily follow up with the delivery company directly if there are any problems or delay.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online payment can be made using most debit or credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and various others. Cards are processed securely using Google Checkout or PayPal, and using the latter you can also pay using an existing PayPal account.
If you cannot make an online payment then depending on your circumstances we may also be able to offer payment by electronic bank transfer (BACS) or by direct cheque deposit.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes you certainly can. We are registered for VAT in the United Kingdom (as GT Square, no. 879 6789 24). If you require a VAT invoice, please contact us and we will include this in your package or email it to you.
